Amber has been with the City since 2013. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Human Resources Management Certificate, and a technical degree in Graphic Design. She has a million hobbies such as rock climbing, snowboarding, knitting, reading, etc. She is also an animal lover with 2 cats and a dog Jack.

Brina joined the City in 2021. She recently graduated from North Park University with her Master's of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She enjoys making people laugh and spending time with her family, friends, and 2 cats.

Zenaida Cabrera
HR Administrative Assistant II
Zenaida joined the team in 2022. She comes to the City with 12 years of experience with the Cook County Annuity and Benefit Fund. She brings extensive knowledge of disability and worker's compensation. Outside of work, Zenaida enjoys spending time with her son, family, and enjoying a good book.
